Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome all guests with a warm and friendly attitude as they enter our facility
• Efficiently manage reservations and lane assignments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Process payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
• Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless experience for all patrons

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Passion for bowling and providing top-notch guest experiences
• 16 or older
