We are looking for a talented Server to join our team at Bowldogs in North Liberty, IA. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, taking food and drink orders, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and relay to kitchen staff
  • Ensure guests receive their orders in a timely manner
  • Answer customer questions about menu items and specials
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player mentality
  • 18 or older
  • Must have or be willing to acquire and maintain an active I-PACT certification
